Residents staying at the Vdara Hotel can. please use tram at the shops at crystals or the tram at aria/parkmgm to bellagio. The tram from the Bellagio to the Monte Carlo was definitely worth a ride - also a great view of some of the hotel pools and recreation areas (beach volleyball at the Monte Carlo), and it's free.
